I loved the room & view. The one I got was overlooking the pool. With an amazing weather & great view my stay was so worth it. The gym is too well equipped. The sit outs neat the swimming Pool is classy. Restaurants are great

I had some extremely bad experience with water bottles ..complained to managerial staff...I was expecting staff to go out of their way to pamper silver level guests after this incident..but unfortunately indifferent staff ..not concerned at all

I checked in after which there was continuous issue of wifi and TV access. I had to get their mechanic to come. He knew the issue was with the setup box but didn’t replace until I made a fuzz about it. Called in for in room dining, took over 1.5hrs for a response. I requested the front office to provide me with a quote for future booking, he is kind to take the details promising a response via email which never came. When I requested for an update, the bookings team or front office didn’t appear to know of my request. I hope for the name and prestige Pullman carries, the customer care and service team would up their ante.
